We started celebrating Rylie's 2nd Birthday with Breakfast Beignets. Rylie couldn't get enough of the powdered sugar. After lunch, we headed downtown to meet Daddy at the Children's Museum. Rylie was so excited that Daddy could be there to watch her play. What a birthday present! Some of the kids' favorite areas were the pulleys, milking the cow and face painting. After playing, we ordered ice cream and sang, "Happy Birthday!" Then we left the museum and found Pappasito's Mexican Restaurant. It was a little hectic with all the kids and we probably won't go out to eat in public unitl Rylie is FIVE YEARS OLD. . .but Tory really enjoyed getting out in the fresh air. It was so great to see him out and about again. He handled all the chaos VERY well and had a smile on his face the entire time. It was such a blessing to be able to celebrate Rylie's birthday as a family---he hated to go back to TIRR, but is anxious to work on his therapy so he can enjoy many more outings with everyone.
Happy Birthday, Roo Roo. We love you so much.

Fun at the Museum

This was Nannie's favorite exhibit. It was a Mexican village. They had an old VW Van set up so of course we piled all the kids in it. . .it even had a cage of fake chickens on the roof --AWESOME!

Happy 2nd Birthday Roo Roo. I can't believe our babies are growing up so fast!
